Many men don't even want ot work hard. They will return home after 9-5 job and sit before the TV and waste their whole night.

Men look their best when they are at 10% body fat. At 10% body fat males are at their peak attractiveness. Also I am not talking about being skinny. I am talking about having a fit body and 10% body fat. Having 10% body fat also has many other benefits
