As a Manager of a sports team, I've realised a few things, <ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Do not call meetings without solid agenda, people tend to think you are just trying to show authority for no valid reason </li><li class="ql-align-justify">As a manager, Try not to leave your players with a text that says Hey, are u available? OR Hey, I want to talk to you, </li><li class="ql-align-justify">It leaves the player thinking that it is bad news</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Use Voice chat Or Face To Face Chat instead of Text messages, has a significant impact on the flow of the conversation</li></ul>
