Most of our sufferings are created in our mind rather than experiencing in reality.We think ,think and keep on thinking 🤔 without any actions and it leads to overthinking. The byproduct of overthinking leads to fear. That kind of fear is abnormal or unrealistic & that would be having very minimal possibility to be happen in real life.So no point of dwelling on the thing rather than experiencing and finding out the real side of it. 🚀 Next time when you overthink, Just remind yourself how much time you got to overthink, so better utilize that time and take action. 🎭 Don't suffer twice !! 🎭
