8 steps to unf*ck your life

Start by getting your personal hygiene in check, have a bath, wear a scent, put on good clothes that makes you feel good, because this is the character you're playing, if you can't take care of yourself, you're less likely to get other aspects of your life in order. Being clean and feeling fresh all the time will increase your self-perception and boost your confidence over time. LET IT BE A RITUAL.

1. Cleanse Thy Earthly Vessel

Clean your room, your house or whatever you live in refuse to live in a pile of garbage and disorderliness, leaving your living space cluttered also clutters your mind, and is a never wading reminder of things you've left undone. The place you live in is an extension of your mind, putting yourself and your place in order will give you control over other areas of your life.

2. Order Thy Kingdom

Go into the real world and be yourself, because the modern world is designed to make you introverted, lonely and less expressive - fuck that. Humans are social beings that have thrived for years because we need each other. NO MAN IS AN ISLAND.

3. Venture Forth

There is something that if you do consistently would improve your wellbeing, make you look better, prolong your life and improve your quality of life while bolstering your outlook and building mental resilience. That is working out. Go out there and sweat, whatever way you like most, go as hard as you can, do it regularly, Because that which taketh energy, giveth energy.

4. Sweat Like your Life Depends on it.

Large companies are thriving because you don't, they encourage mindless spending and auto-renewing subscriptions that suck you of your hard-earned money. Think again before buying that item and do you really need to be subscribed to all those services you never use? Check your accounts and start being aware of how you spend your cash.

5. Monitor Thy Treasury

What external substances or behaviors do you indulge in to consolidate internal problems? Is it chronic internet usage? turn off notifications, unsubscribe to accounts, uninstall social media apps. Delete social media accounts you don't need, go ahead, I promise you will miss out on nothing. Is it alcohol? Coffee? or substances? Start cutting down on them and get help if you're already "in too deep". Because who you are and who you want to be is what you do.

6. Break free

Every millitary/political campaign relies on strategy to increase the likelihood of success, if you were asked to run one of these and you show up without a plan you'll be walked out of the door. So, what about your life? Do you just go with the flow and float through life like water hyacinth that goes wherever the current takes it? Your life is your biggest DIY project, you can't keep wishing for everything to fall in place without making it happen. "You don't wish for sucess you orchestrate sucess".

7. Strategize like an Elite Warlord

Submit to the things you must do, because you have already planned everything. Free thyself from the burden of overthinking.Take a deep breath and trust your more authentic self and let it overcome your weaker self. The more you do this, the more you will develop a stronger self of identity, which is the basis of self-efficacy and self-confidence.
