What Is SWOT Analysis?

Strengths: These are the skills, talents, and positive or beneficial qualities within yourself. This could include your innate desire to help others or your knowledge on a specific topic.
Weaknesses: These are the unhelpful habits you may have and areas in your life that need improvement. Keep in mind that they should be weaknesses that you can control. For example, poor time management.

Internal: Strengths and Weaknesses

I Admit...

I find it hard to grasp how our subconscious mind can heal our bodies, even from diseases we were born with. It just doesn't make sense to me.

But...

The author, of course, gives numerous examples of people the techniques he mentions have worked for.But from personal experience as well as that of those around me, it is either the methods are not truly valid or some people just don't believe enough or don't want sound health bad enough, which is not true, at least not all the time.(I'm actually yet to meet a sick person who does not desire to be better)

What I've concluded is that while some people see results, others don't. This doesn't mean they lack the desire, but simply that it may not be meant to happen...yet.
