How to find your dream job

What would be the tasks you will be doing everyday?Would you enjoy them? Are you happy with that? Do research and stop worrying about the titles.Use a cartesian grid and put things you like and dislike to do to at least near yourself to the kind of career you may be wanting to do in the future.

Daily activities

Write down if you enjoy the things mentioned in Tip 1. Manage how much time you spend on each activity?Work to eliminate the things that drain your energy and motivation, such as social media. Your Me + is your better version of you in the future.What’s the big picture of what you will be doing, as well as the tasks?

If you invest at least 13 minutes per day in skills that can be needed for your future career or job you will be far more ahead than everyone.15 minutes a day for a year = 80 hoursFor example: If you want to become an engineer, doing some progamming courses might be useful.

We live in a globalised, digitalised world. Make use of all the free courses available for pretty much anything, such as web development, design, programming, etc.

Make use of free resources

It’s never late to change your mind.It’s actually good. You need to change, if you want to be better. It’s okay to wrongly predict something, but you need to live up to it and embrace the changes.

How to Find a Career You Genuinely Love

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter made in your brain. But did you know at what extent it makes us do certain actions?A lot of people just aren't aware of what damage dopamine can cause to us.

The role dopamine plays in ourselves

As I said before, dopamine is a chemical released in the brain.It is involved in making decisions, always looking for pleasure.

What is dopamine?

Today, we live in a world full of stimuli.And it is all thanks to our hiper-connected planet, where we have more access than ever to high releases of dopamine, whether it is videogames, social media, proccessed food...

Over-stimulation

The modern devil is cheap dopamine.

It is no coincidence that we are less focused than ever. Our attention is a skill that can be developed or worsened and this affects our relationships and goals for the future. For example: someone who prefers staying at home scrolling through social media rather than meeting some friends won't make any friends in the future.

How does it affect us?

However, not all hope is lost. As I said before, your attention is a skill that can be trained through meditating or other simpler activities such as walking or running. I also reccommend setting timers for certain apps that distract you so that when you reach it, it won't let you use it for the rest of the day. These are excellent habits that will help you improve your attention.

How can you develop your attention?

If the previously mentioned habits don't work for you, you can try a relatively new practice.It consists of choosing the activities that release most dopamine to you (eating chocolate, watching Netflix, playing videogames) and completely stop doing them for a week.People that have tried it say that it's a bit difficult at the beginning, but they don't regret doing it.
