Sometimes, I can't tolerate all these questions arising in my mind that i don't know my character, my purpose of living and......all this lead me to vague thoughts and the only escape i can think about is distractions like binge watch and hanging out with my friends but now, I'm practicing more mindfulness by journaling and reading. i can relate with most of the parts of this video and reflecting on how far i've come. i am not where i want to be yet, but neither where i used to be.
