Nineteen hours into the flight, his plane crashed in the Sahara desert. He survived the crash but spent three days battling dehydration, limited food and hallucinations. On the fourth day, the was rescued. In part, this experience was the inspiration for 'The Little Prince'. He continued to fly until World War II, during which he took self-imposed exile. On 31 July 1944, he disappeared over the Mediterranean while flying a reconnaissance mission.

Pain : What Is Pain ?!

Actually there is some simple things you can exercise like<ul><li>Holding an ice-cube until you can’t take it anymore, of course it sounds like torture, but feel it until you divert the pain into something you really know exactly what it is .</li><li>hold your arms up as long as possible.( Same explanation )</li><li>or just don’t distract yourself from what coming to your comfort zone, let that kid who lives in your head to play as loud as possible ,let them get hurt.</li></ul>
