<p>Do not believe when people  tell you that you are worthless. Your worth is individual to how you see yourself. The only way you feel worthless is if you believe you are so.. You need to make yourself think different.. If someone says you are worthless, this is only ones opinion and isnt a fact. You are worth as much as anyone else, whether rich or poor it doesnt matter.. worthlessness is an illusion, if you believe it long enough, you believe it to be true.. if you choose to ignore it, and see the good things you bring to yourself and other people. you will feel better about yourself </p>

<p>On your phone create a playlist and name it positve songs. Fill this play list with all the songs that make you the most happy in life and gives you the most positive memories. These songs could be songs you havent heard in a long time or even new songs you enjoy. Everytime you have a stressful day go home and sit and listen to at least 5 songs from your playlist. Close your eyes and breath and focus on the song, the beat the lyrics. Do this everytime you start to feel stressed. Once you listened to a song go through some of the lyrics that you feel made you most happy and keep them saved. </p>
