Base on last idea, we made mistakes in different fields that makes us to blame ourselves. One of the solutions is:Sit down in a relax position,close your eyes and breath deeply.Imagine the mistake that you made and see yourself in that situation.Now,imagine that your future version of yourself which is current version of you,is there and you are talking with the old version. Explain your new knowledge to yoursel with positive attitudes.Tell to yourself:You consider this as a mistake,but this is just a mind picture and you can change this picture to another positive one.Repeat this if you need.

My field is management but I have learned many things in the field of positive thinking and growth. There is a concept that says you are more better and conscious than before, and this is because of all the things you learned through the way of your life. If you have any bad memory from the past and you blame yourself for the mistakes you made, it's because of your growth.
