Many times when we want to do something, we do the required things needed to be done to acquire that thing. For example: if you wanted take out, you would have to get dressed, get into the car, drive it to your local KFC and pay and get your food, then you would drive back home where you would enjoy your reward-chicken wings with a fillet burger and fries with coke. That same rule applies to everything else in life we want: to lose weight, one has to commit to a calorie deficit or excercising more, to get a high status, job you have to study hard and aim high.

When We Want...

However, how soon you get that thing you want or even getting it at all depends in your desire for that thing. If you you want it deeply and take dedicated actions towards it you will get it. If you don't want it that much you may or may not get that thing. If you want to give up, remind yourself of why you started and tell yourself out loud not to stop now and to keep going. To do all these you first need a goal, then write down what you need to achieve that goal, then create a good system or routine that you can follow to achieve that goal. Remember to keep your goal in mind.

The Essence of Desire 

There comes a time in life where you start to get an idea of what you want to do in life, what you want to achieve, where you want to go. Even if you haven't gotten there yet and have no idea what you want to do, keep on exposing yourself to different experiences out of your comfort zone. Also keep in mind to learn from others and have role models. Remember to be patient and disciplined every day and you'll find your passion eventually

Of course whether those dreams become a reality is up to you tho. When you finally have a idea of who you want to become and where you want to go, you'll need to know what you need to do to get there. Even if you don't know all the steps, keep going a step at a time and seek guidance from others who are more experienced. After that you'll need to take ACTION and do what you need to do.

Get Up And Achieve Those Dreams

Knowing what you need to get there is something, acctually doing it is another. Sometimes the things you need to do to get there might be hard or difficult. In this case you need something called discipline. Discipline, in my words, is the state of doing something hard, something that you hate. It is fueled by your desire to to get there and how much you want it. For example if you wanted to win an Olympics medal in athletics, you would need to practice and run up to 5-6 times a week. How much you run on thosedays is up to you-whether you want to jog gently or run to increase you personal best

The Key To Action

Remember to go at you own pace and continue to improve you self. Set realistic and time bound goals and you can even make use of 30 day challenges. If you can't fly, run, if you can't, walk, if you can't, crawl. All that matters is that you start and that you get there
