I have always had trouble with my mindset, always judging and chastising myself and after a long journey to a better mindset I have come up with these solutions (which may sound clichéd) and a quote that helped me have an epiphany upon the matter. I am far from perfect with my mental well-being but I'm getting there with these steps.
