Wherever you are is because of your mind,Wherever you will be is because of your mind

Mind

Learn from the past Don’t think about it such ,

Past

Grow in present So your future will thank you so much,

Present

I know your past is rough,But I assure , you are tough,

Future

Let’s play this life as a game to score,So you don’t have to worry about it any more,

Tomorrow when the sun shines,You will be bright as fine,

Six things you can do to make 2024 the best year!

Set clear goals for the year, Personal or Professional but have a roadmap of what you want to achieve this year.

Plan your goals clearly

Focus on Mental Health, seek help if you need it, meditate, have a walk every morning in nature to relax, and Set Boundaries.

Mental Health Matters

Be curious and Learn from anyone you can, read a new book, learn a new skill or try a new hobby. Expanding knowledge and trying new things is interesting and rewarding.

Expand Your Knowledge 

Stay connected with your loved ones, make an effort to reach your family, and friends and plan regular calls or hangouts to stay close.

Connect with your loved ones

Get involved in the community, Whether it's by volunteering or by participating in contests. Making a positive impact in your community will give you a sense of fulfilment.

Practice Gratitude, take time in a day to reflect on things you are grateful for. This will help you focus on your positive side rather than the negative side.

"When things don't go as planned, it's important to reassess and reflect on what went wrong. Take two steps back and analyze the situation. Reflect on mistakes and correct them. Then Take two steps forward towards a better outcome."

Discipline: Doing your work even when you don't feel like doing them.Mind defence: Remove negative thoughts, and also remove negative and toxic people with whom you spend your time.Love Failure: Learn from the experience, reflect on those mistakes and come back stronger.

Become A Mentality Monster

If you don't fail, you will never reach success , cause success without failure doesn’t exist in the world we live in .

Breathe: Practice breathing exercises to calm yourself down when stressed.    Move: Exercise for at least 30 mins every day. You will boost your mood.

Move Your Body 🏃

Pour in Positivity: Read Inspiring articles, and books every morning, this will help you boost your mood .Also go in front of the mirror every morning then smile and say a few positive things to yourself, Even though there is no context to smile you will still be happy after doing these things .
