You, yourself knows that you aren't doing well as how you think/want yourself to. You procrastinate, set important things aside and would rather scroll on your social media feed, watch Netflix, drink, smoke, ejaculate, watch YouTube videos, and other activities that aren't contributing to your life's betterment/growth.Deep inside, somewhere within your heart, you know that you need to change, and YOU know how to do it. You're just not listening.

You Know It

Whether it is to reduce social media usage, drink less, etc... You tried to take some actions, yet no matter what you did, you relapsed. You ended up being awake at 3:00 AM on a Monday AGAIN, and you got less sleep— AGAIN!Why so? What are you doing wrong? Surely, there might be something wrong with you? You sure aren't just capable of making change —Hold up! I won't go in that direction. There's nothing wrong with you. I'm sure you're already doing your best. But, why, though? Why do you FAIL?

I Tried But Failed 

The answer is your brain! I don't really know what it is called but there's a part of your brain in your frontal cortex that is responsible for developing activities (those that you always do) to become habits, so that less energy will be spent. And habits, good or bad, are hard to break. They require a lot of rewiring and discipline.

So, what to do? In order to change your life, you need to change your bad habits. You can change your bad habits by intentionally initiating change.For instance, if you want to reduce social media usage, everytime you pick your phone, ask yourself,Do you really need it at the moment?Why did you pick it?What are you going to do with your phone?Is it an impulse?For drinkng or smoking,Why did I buy this drink? How can I reduce my alcohol consumption? What is the reason why I bought this? To cope, escape? Is this good for my health?

What To Do?

Personally, I'm able to change my bad habits by asking myself questions in regards to my impulses. Eliminating unnecessary habits will give you more room to develop new ones, ones that will help you move forward, ones that will hone/change you to become the person you want or aspire to be. It sure is challenging to initiate change, but, once you already did, it'll have its own momentum. Thank you!

Change your life

We are given the power to vote and to better our country. If our mindset towards voting is, " Why should I care? " Then, how will our economy progress? How will our lives be better if we let politicians buy our power and capability to better our economy? Like your mindset, whom you have voted will also have the same mindset. " Why should I care? I am in the position already. "Use your power as a citizen of your country. Vote wisely. Vote righteously. Be the change to happen first!

Why The Economy Isn't Progressing.

As we are going to vote for a leader/s. We must look for qualities and strengths in them that will aid them to improve the lives of the collective. Of course, be aware that as there are strengths, a leader/s can also have weaknesses.• Empathy - To better understand their people.• Accountability - A leader/s must be brave and confident enough to be accountable for their own mistakes and lapses. • Responsible - This is needed, especially, in order for them to do what they have promised, and use their position for the advancement of the economy.

Who Do We Need To Vote?

• Serving - as a leader/s, their role is to make decisions that will benefit the citizens— most people. Their top priority should NOT be the rich. • Decisive - A country needs a leader/s that can stick to their decisions. These are the top traits or strengths of a competent leader/s, for me.

What will happen is, you go back to your normal life. Let those whom you have voted for do their job. Whom you have voted for won't come knocking at your door and give you a hundred bucks or something. Again, what you did, the reason you have voted is to better the economy, not just for yourself or your life, but of others as well. This is something that is long-term.
