I understand that sometimes you feel that you are not even trying. You know the one who try succeed. But what if I am not even trying hard.

Remember that in this time not even your most close person can help you. Because it's your battle. It is going to make you way more stronger than you are now. Everything happens for a reason.

Strength

No one can stop the sun to rise. There will be a refreshing morning after every night no matter how dark the night was. Till then embrace the beauty of darkness, silence, fear and courage.

Night

You think this suffering will never end. All the days are same and everything feels in a loop. The same mistake again and again. Nor the tears are false and nor that sadness. You real feel guilty after doing it but you still repeat it.

Loop

It feels the only person I hate is me. But my dear everything has an end. But what if it ends so late that I don't have the time to fix what went wrong. This suffering will be gone just for the arrival of a new one.

Time

But what if you succeed in your next try. I know you are hopeless but you haven't gave up. So instead of being scared of " what if " change your routine. This problem is yours that means GOD knows that only you have the solution that's why he gave you this problem.

Every Problem Has Solution

Never give up you never know how close you were to success. You are meant for great heights. This problem is nothing infront of you. You can conquer it my friend. Just give a hard try this time.

"Let me try once again for a last time", say this sentence everytime you fail. You are worth it and after 10 years you will be proud of your younger self to be this strong. Best of luck. Remember the luck increases as your hardwork and dedication increases.

I Believe You

Everytime we start something new we think we should understand every line and every concept of it. Which make us stop sometimes. But the reality is you don't need to get everything out of it.As you spend some more time with those concepts you start to understand it.

The Start

It's okay not to fully master something in one go. Give it some time to process. Try reading the same thing from different resources or in a different way for eg. you can use animations if possible.

You Are Not A Computer

Try to give it more time. Revise it regularly. However well you have understood something you still learn something new everytime you reread it or revise it

Focus On Daily Constant Effort

Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence

In 9th we had the chapter named plant kingdom and I had few doubts in it. I had plant kingdom again in 11th and all those doubts were clear this time.Some times we don't study a topic completely although we feel we do. There are some more higher level concepts that is meant to be taught afterwards.

There Is Still Something You Never Knew Exist

So don't try to know everything about it. If you remained in that field of topic you will discover many more new and detailed things after some time. I remember the photosynthesis process. How small and cute was it till 10th and afterwards it became a long and a bit hard to learn.

Let Go The Unknown

I am careful not to confuse excellence with perfection. Excellence is what I can reach for ; perfection is God's business

The things you thought as a child were very difficult to study are quite easy now. Come on everyone at least remember tables from 2 to 10. It will take time and patience to master something. But remember If Lord has given you a problem he knows YOU have the solution.

You Don't Need To Know Everything

We spend a lot of time researching and learning as much as possible about what we want to do and how to do it.
We spend a significant amount of time seeking the perfect way to do something.

Research

But we all know we are just procrastinating. We just don't want to do it, so we fool ourselves by telling ourselves that we are working on that idea. However, the reality is that we are just wasting our time.

Time Is Important 

We all know that we should wake up early, exercise, eat healthy food, meditate, and start making a schedule for our tasks and other things.However, what do we really do? We just start searching on Google and YouTube for ways to be productive, how to do our work effectively and efficiently.

Don't Ignore Your Own's Advice

Stop wasting time on "Change your life in 15 days" videos, it takes hard work, discipline, and time for real change.
Don't rely on other people's timetables and schedules, find what works for you through self-discovery and discipline.

Don't Fall for Quick Fix Promises

"So, stop searching and start acting on your thoughts. You don't always need advice from the outside. Sometimes, you already know what you have to do and how. Believe in yourself."

Believe 

Start by waking up half an hour before your usual time. Begin with light exercises for at least 5-10 minutes. Then, try creating your own schedule based on your own ideas. Through trial and error, you will improve each day.

I'm not saying you should not conduct research, because sometimes it reveals things we didn't already know. However, we should not overdo it and waste time.

Sometimes we get tired of trying again and again but you know what the magical words are,in this situation, "let me try once more"

Failure 

You have to try again and again because you never know how close you were

Just close your eyes for 1 minute, give yourself some time and recall why do you want to do that or achieve that ? What was your purpose behind that ? It will give you strength to try that one more time

Purpose

It's okay to failIt's okay to feel like "Am I even trying hard ?" or "Am I getting anywhere ?"Just love yourself and don't be too hard on yourself, you are more better than those who don't even know they have to change, you are way more better than those who gave up without trying

Giving yourself one more chance

Sometimes it's hard to form habits but the only thing you can do is keep trying if you start a new habit and you did it the first day and you did it for 3 days regularly but you failed to do it on 4th day so it's alright you should do it the 5th day. Just don't quit. It's okay not to have a streak just don't leave the habit and you will soon have a good habit. Let me tell you, you are on the right track

How To Form Good Habits 

It's always hard to break a bad habit. The temptation is too hard to fight and we all have felt it sometimes. We can break those habits by replacing them with some good habits. The first step to break a habit is to know that you have to do so.

How To Break Bad Habits 

For breaking a bad habit you should know what is the reason behind it. In my case I start watching shorts when I feel anxious and don't know what I have to study next, there are many topics to study from. So in my case the solution is a proper study timetable. I also try meditation,prayer and few deap breaths which help me to overcome my feelings,mood,temptations and anxiousness.

Reason

You need to stop searching for a magical trick which will break your bad habit in seconds. It takes time. Only you know the solutions because everyone has different problems. It is not necessary that the solution which worked for someone else will work for you too. Just keep trying different things and at least you will know what doesn't work

Solution

This are my conclusion of how to form and break habits. This was tough for me to discover but I am glad that I did it 😊
