Loosing Confidence? and Feeling Demotivated?

Here is a small practice that will drag you out from it

  • Take a sheet of paper and divide it into 2 vertically
  • On the left hand side write what is your problem, how are you feeling about it in numbered Eg. 1.) I am too lazy and overweight 2.) I have less income job ..
  • On the Right side of the sheet write the positive version of it, like what you desire how you need to feel about it Eg 1.) I am energetic and having healthy weight; 2.) I have sufficient income job
  • Tear the left side of the sheet burn it in front of your eyes
  • Memorize the right side of the sheet every six hours
  • See the magic

Worrying too much?

Take a short moment to read these few tips that helped me a lot

  • Just take a deep breath, believe me it works, however big the problem is it will tend to reduce
  • Do one thing at a time
  • Stop adding more and more responsibilities to yourself, you are doing someone else work
  • Just keep an another activity that improves your skill, like learning languages, etc.
  • Just make sure you are 15 min alone, that means nothing else need to be done.
