When we're in a bad state, we don't want to fix our life, we feel guilty that we wasted time and we victimise ourselves of our past. We want to stay unhappy and miserable, thinking that we are like this, we deserve this, and this way we end up falling down to a deeper "bad state". So this is the loop we get stuck in, you and me and everyone once have gone through it or going through it. So, what's the solution? Find it yourself, hint:- begin with realising that this loop is operating right now in you, and maybe, next time you can catch it before another cycle starts!
