Let me explain ; Indian petroleum comes under Indian government, There are 3 major suppliers bplc,hplc,Ioc government has major shares in these companies directly or indirectly.Think;many young age people , who used bikes they are free to full their tank in petrol pumps without checking driving license ,rc.. , helmets etc But the fine regulatory is increasing day by day , why they are selling fuels who don't have license; cause government needs money you can say if you are going to apply for dl it takes 5/6 months due to lack of slots who is responsible for this? Earning matters.
