"Self care" also known as "me time" is basically the time we spend with our-selves taking care of our physical and mental health.In this, modern world we all are busy chasing our dreams and goals and barely spend time mindfully with ourselves. A lot of the time we feel stressed and burnt out. We cannot take stock and give our best at work without having a healthy body and a clear mind. So it is a must to pause for sometimes and observe ourselves.Self-care is probably the best method to do it.

There are a bunch of things you can do for your self-care. You can journal, where you can vent out all your feelings, reasons of stress, problems everything. Journaling helps a lot to keep your mind clear from all the mess. you can also enjoy a walk in the nature,take yourself on a date, spend time with family , read books, pray paint, bake. anything that makes you feel happy and relaxed.

trying to fulfill our dreams is not a plain sailing task. There are times when we feel on the ropes. that's when self-care comes in handy. So let's take some time off for ourselves every once in a while, enjoy the 'me time'...and practice self care..
