Der Kerngedanke von "The Coaching Habit"

Das sind die ersten drei Coaching-Fragen:<ul><li>Kickstart: „Was beschäftigt Sie gerade besonders?“</li><li>Magie: „Was liegt Ihnen noch auf dem Herzen?“</li><li>Fokus: „Was ist hier die wirkliche Herausforderung für Sie?“</li></ul>Diese drei Fragen bilden das Fundament.

Drei Fragen sorgen für den richtigen Einstieg.

Wenn der Gesprächspartner nicht auf den Punkt kommt, kann mit diesen Fragen das Gespräch wieder in die richtige Richtung gelenkt werden.„Was genau möchtest du erreichen?“„Wobei genau kann ich dir helfen?“

Ergänzende Fragen

Menschen neigen dazu zu schnell "Ja" zu sagen. Nutze hier die folgende, strategische Frage, um diese Antwort zu hinterfragen:„Wenn du dazu "Ja" sagst, wozu musst du dann nein sagen?“Am Ende des Gesprächs kann dann noch die Lernfrage gestellt werden. Dadurch zeigt sich, ob der Gesprächspartner das besprochene verinnerlicht hat. „Was war am nützlichsten für dich?“

Strategische Frage und die Lern-Frage

Verwende „Was“-Fragen, statt mit „Warum“-Fragen. Das ist offener und weniger konfrontativ. Deine Mitarbeiterin soll ja nicht das Gefühl haben, sie müsse sich rechtfertigen oder verteidigen. Also frage „Was beschäftigt Sie?“ und nicht „Warum beschäftigt Sie das?“.
