When setting a goal start you're planning at the END RESULT that you desire, that which you have imagined in your minds eye; then plan backwards up unto the present moment.
By doing this your sure not to miss a beat, trust me and most importantly; trust the process.
Once you have jotted down the steps to be taken then break the plan into small bite-size tasks.
Finally, give each chunk a time frame to accomplish the goal. Use the SMART acronym.
Now for the hardest part. Take action daily and don't stop until your imagination becomes a reality!
