This simply shows that the amount of time you have spent on studying multiplied to the focus that you had while studying.
We can simply calculate time by keeping a stopwatch, timer, by keeping a look at the clock but what about the focus? I can tell you a very easy things so that you can calculate your focus but in the next idea.

In the last Idea we took the following equation.
S = T * F
So now in order to check how much focus have you done you can simply ask yourself some questions after you have completed studying in the time period regarding to the studies you have made. To do so, check how many questions you got correct; now calculate the number of questions you got correct divided by total number of questions you asked multiplied by 100 which will give you the percentage of the focus you made. This might be a very estimated value. After that just substitute the values in the equation....
