Why people are less motivated

However, not everyone is motivated in the same way. Everyone is one-of-a-kind in their own way, with their own perspectives. While your friends may become immensely motivated by seeing a motivating video, you will become bored. That is perfectly OK.

For example, I get MOTIVATION in an odd way. I normally text a lot of hot girls. When I don't get a reply, it motivates me to work even harder so that those girls will come up to me for an autograph or a selfie one day. I realise that's bizarre and weird, but it works for me.
