i) Research about your topic thoroughly using the internet and make notes. This research will give you confidence and new details about the topic which you did not know.
ii) Make a structure of your speech with points which are relevant to your audience. A speech includes: Powerful Introduction, Main Body and Conclusion.
iii)Rehearse well for your speech. Start rehearsing alone with mirror, mobile camera and later ask your family & friends to see you rehearse and ask for their feedbacks. Rehearsals boosts your confidence.
