1. Expecting the team to adjust to you because you are leading. Several leaders, often have a misconception that since they are leading the team, its the duty and need of the team to adjust with the Leader and his style. Actually a leader's existence is because of the existence of the team which makes it the need of the leader to ensure that the team is inspired to follow him. To inspire a team you need to know your team and adjust your style to suit the need or motivating factor of each member.
