- If you lack motivation or procrastinate a lot- Decide to do it just for 5 minuter. Often it is just the initiation of doing something that is hard and you get going once you started and just open your laptop or take out paper and pen. Once you have started it usually makes you want to write for longer. But if it don't, at least you write 5 mins. Five minutes are better than no minutes at all.
