[#1] 911, what's your emergency?

[#1] 911, what's your emergency?

💬 Stop using Priority Funnels (PF). Start using Priority Channels (PC)!

Real-life Example -

  • Understand how 📞 911 - Emergency Helpline, handles our calls/complaints/requests. When someone calls 911, the request is first listened and understood properly.
  • Then based on its inputs, it is converted into a Request Note . Request notes are labelled based on the Type of Emergency 🏷
  • These are then passed on to the respective departments, where these requests are sorted based on its urgency level.

✅ #1 : First categorize, then sort based on priority. Use PC, not PF.

[#2] Play Toys thru Baby Mindset

[#2] Play Toys thru Baby Mindset

💬 Stop testing our products like a Grown-up, Start testing it like a Baby!

Real-life Example -

  • Understand how the baby reacts when he/she sees a big box wrapped as a Gift 🎁. Observe the excitement and eagerness to know which toy is inside for him/her to play.
  • When unwrapped, observe how he/she plays with it. Touches it, Picks it up, drops it, throws it, rolls it, ( and even sits on it 😅). Understand the randomness of the actions being performed.

✅ #2 : Let the customer use it, freely. Let the customer find it, explore it, use it. Track these actions to derive a User Behavior. It helps a lot!

[#3] MasterChef's Recipe

[#3] MasterChef's Recipe

💬 Stop just multiplying numbers, Start using MasterChef's formula!

Real-life Example -

  • Observe the 👨🏻‍🍳 Chefs at restaurants, perfectly knows the recipe for 1 person. But when the order is for 4 people, they don't just add everything in multiples of 4. They use a secret formula to fulfill that order, which they've developed themselves by years of Experience.
  • This formula is so flexible and versatile, that if anyone wants it without Mustard sauce, or wants it with extra Fried Onions, Chefs formulate it on the go!

✅ #3 : Scalability should not be multiplication, it should be Formulation.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
