A panel discussion at Regent University in 2002 aimed to define Christian leadership, but the question remained unanswered. The answer began to emerge during a conversation about the story of Joseph.
It became clear that the four Cs of Christian leadership—calling, competence, confidence, and character—play a significant role in achieving success.
