Can quantum physics describe 'Fate'....?

In this vast universe, everything that is happening around you is a microstate for the universe. Ultimately we are like microstate for universe.

So if we try to determine the fate, we are determining the exactness of a probable random event. So this can be related to Entropy of the universe. As the entropy of the universe is increasing, the probability of happening random event increases. Making it more probable to happen what you are expecting.

Same can work in the reverse way. If you want a particular event to happen, you should think in terms of entropy.
