FEAR

The moment fear strikes and takes hold of you it actually brings hell(the part that condemns all creation, all humans to eternal suffering) outside of us; not liberating it but manifesting it in the physical plane.

Fear brings hell from a conceptual and abstract notion into objects(actions, things that can be measured, seen, heard, etc) of reality. Thus, creating real hell.

Fear is the catalyst to create hell as we, ourselves envision it.
