Why we hold on so tight

Man letting go is hard guys. Like no one even explains how hard it is. They also forget to tell us it’s necessary. Nothing in life is worth holding on tight when it’s time to let go. Let things pass with the seasons. Emotions. People. Thoughts. As quickly as they come let them go. When you truly find something or someone worth holding on to you won’t ever feel stressed to let go. When it’s right letting go is what feels the best. We only hold on to things we want to control. When we let go it gives things time to grow naturally. What do you need to let go?
