Your Dreams Matter!

Contribution to society is the byproduct of you pursuing your most deepest and selfish desires. The most selfless thing you can do is to be selfish. Flower doesn't bloom for the service of the community, it follows his own desire.

We all fall into the trap of thinking that our dreams don’t matter because they’re just selfish desires and not at all practical. And If we really want to impact society we should sacrifice our dreams and do what is expected of us because that is the most selfless and virtuous path one could take.

But when you look at society, you will discover that people who went after their dreams and showed up to make them real no matter what others said impacted society the most. So go after your dreams, Only then you will be able to add to the community. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
