The Golden habit

I will make this short for you, but I've just simply been struck by the most beautiful habit one could ever try to establish or integrate in his life, specially if you have been thinking about starting to learn a new habit but don't know where to start, you can practice it anywhere, at your job, in a club, family gathering, parties etc.. Literally anywhere, and it's benefits would be astonishing too, mostly when you become good at it, are you ready? It's in the next idea, enjoy thinking about it!
