How to stop Worrying

- Focus on being happy in every situation

No matter what others say or do just know that there can be good in every situation.

It’s up to you to find it though.

- Worry about your problems

Focus on what you can be better at but don’t dwell in it.

Stop listening to what others think is wrong with you.

- Take time to reflect

Sometimes when others make fun of you there is some truth to it.

Don’t blind yourself. Reflect on your life and determine if it’s true.

- Let go of insecurities

It’s ok to have flaws. But you need to accept the things you can’t change.

- Stop setting unrealistic expectations

People always will expect you to be a perfect human but this is impossible.

You need to figure out what is your life perspective of perfect.

- Be careful who you follow on social media

Social media is only a picture of the best in peoples lives.

Don’t fall for these expectations.
