(1) Your Belief

You subconsciously believe you are incapable of completing the task. You believe that you lack the necessary skills and that others possess them while you do not. Simply put, other people are smarter than you are. Because other people started years ago and you just started and failed, you conclude that you lack the necessary skills and give up.

However, you are on the right track if you adopt a growth mindset, learn from your errors, and take the necessary steps to avoid repeating them. Just be consistent and make an effort.

(2) Comfort Zone

You believe that people like you wouldn't act in such a manner. You obtained this pseudonym, i.e. You've just been asked to speak at a Ted Talk, but you're an introvert, so you decide not to go. Simply because you are not comfortable. You never experienced speaking in front of a group of people that large. It is much preferable to simply sit and carry out any activity that excludes a large group of people.

Intrinsic Reason: This is the motivation that originates from within you, such as interest or curiosity, or perhaps you simply have a strong belief that if you do this, you'll end up being this kind of person.

Extrinsic Reasons: Essentially, you do it because you are concerned about what other people will think of you if you learn to draw and your friends compliment you or your parents are proud of you.

  • Don't be afraid to fail, but instead, use it as motivation to succeed the next time, and if you fail again, try a little harder this time.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
