(1) Your Belief

You subconsciously believe you are incapable of completing the task. You believe that you lack the necessary skills and that others possess them while you do not. Simply put, other people are smarter than you are. Because other people started years ago and you just started and failed, you conclude that you lack the necessary skills and give up.

(2) Comfort Zone

You believe that people like you wouldn't act in such a manner. You obtained this pseudonym, i.e. You've just been asked to speak at a Ted Talk, but you're an introvert, so you decide not to go. Simply because you are not comfortable. You never experienced speaking in front of a group of people that large. Extrinsic Reasons: Essentially, you do it because you are concerned about what other people will think of you if you learn to draw and your friends compliment you or your parents are proud of you.
