There are 4 degrees of action : 1 - doing nothing, 2 - retreating, 3 - taking normal levels of actions, 4 - taking massive actions.
Well just like their names suggest, first degree of action is literally when you don't do anything, second one is when you avoid taking action ultimately retreating. Third degree owhen you take average amount of actions, buy it also creates mediocre results too! Finally 4th degree is when you take a lot of actions that will create outstanding results.

The problem with setting goals that are too low or average is that they won't motivate you to execute needed actions to achieve them; hence, set bigger 10X goals (yet stay realistic) because they will encourage you to take more action because you are capable of much more than you are doing now.
