 </time></div>Here’s how I made $100,000 in 30 days starting with only $1,000 to my name:

1. I reached out to local gym owners, since it was what I knew. 
(But any small local business would work.)

2. I asked them if how many clients they could handle without changing anything about their capacity.

3. I asked them if I could fill up that capacity for them. 
(They wouldn’t have to do anything but let me. Zero work. Zero capital. Zero time.)

4. But here was the deal: I would front the work. 
I’d work the leads. I’d close the sales. 
Then they’d have to deliver the package I sold them for free.

(But after that point, they’d have the entire LTV of a customer they got for free (or on COGS technically). 

5. “I’ll fill your gym for free in 30 days” became the offer. 

6. I had $1000 in my checking account and a credit card. 
(I put the ads in my credit card and started calling leads.)

7. The leads cost me $5. 
(I’d close 1/5 on a $500 package. Getting me 25:1 return on ad spend.)

8) I spent $1000 in the first 7 days. 
(Made back $25,000. Then spent another $1000 per week after that.)

9) At the end of the first month, I made $100,000 starting with only $1000 in my bank account.
