What inspired me today?

Surely this bond of common fate, this bond of common goals, can begin to teach us something. Surely we can learn, at the least, to look at those around us, as our fellow men, and surely we can begin to work a little harder to bind up the wounds among us.

Let us remember that those who live with us are our brothers and sisters. We share the same short moment of life and seek nothing but the chance to live in purpose and happiness.

We cannot banish violence with a program or resolution, but we can work a little harder to bind up the wounds among us.

Our lives are too short, the work to be done is too great, to let the spirit of violence flourish any longer in our land

Let us become brothers and sisters once again in our hearts and in our countr.

This speech teaches us a lot and should humble us. When we want to feel proud of our countries, races, tribes or families that we belong to, we should remember that no one chose where they are born into. The earth is diverse and you just have been privileged to have things that others don't.
