N.W.A., also known as N*ggaz Wit Attitude, was a hip-hop group that emerged in the late 1987 in Compton, California. Their music was known for its controversial and explicit lyrics, rapping about social and political issues.
Although their violent lyrics consist of misogyny, drugs, s3x, and crimes. Their well known song, F*ck tha Police, has spread massive awareness of racism towards the young black youth, and police brutality. NWA still remains a powerful voice today.
Fun fact: Express Yourself is the only NWA song without violent or vulgar language.
