try to add and improve your life and work only by 1% a day. it may be 1 more page to read then usual, or may be 50 steps more then your usual walk, or may be just adding 1 push-up in your work out. believe it or not it's just a great thing to add only 1% effort then try much harder. eventually you will end up more efficient or much stronger then your previous day. i have learned rope jumping in last 15 days by just adding 1 jump per day. in the beginning of this july i don't even know how to handle rope. but thanks to this principle i learned a new thing much faster.
