Eating is something each & every living creature does. It's an essential activity for survival. We do it twice or thrice each & everyday. Aren't we do it mindfully? We must be aware of what's in our plate & what we are putting in our mouth. What are it's effects? Does our body need it? Is it fine for our digestive system? We must think on these things. I will give you a basic litmus test to be begin with which is, we should never judge a food by its taste but it's nutritional value & the physiological changes it's gonna bring about.
