<p>Worrying is just an imginainary cognitive work that has never helped anyone in&nbsp;solving the real cause, most of the time it has deteriorated the situation even more. When we worry, we just keep on thinking the possibilities &amp; ways in which something can go wrong. If we think in term of probability all equally likely events have 50% probabilities of taking place, that means there is also equal probability of something terrible is not gonna happen. If we see our past worries, 99% of the time those events never happened, so better wait &amp; watch, or think about solution.</p>

<p class="ql-align-justify">Eating is something each &amp; every living creature does. It's an essential activity for survival. We do it twice or thrice each &amp; everyday. Aren't we do it mindfully? We must be aware of what's in our plate &amp; what we are putting in our mouth. What are it's effects? Does our body need it? Is it fine for our digestive system? We must think on these things. I will give you a basic litmus test to be begin with which is, we should never judge a food by its taste but it's nutritional value &amp; the physiological changes it's gonna bring about.</p>
