The main reason we are using instagram is due to the fact that we have to wish our friends on their birthdays.

So the hack around this is to deactivate your account when your birthdays come.

Since nobody can wish you, you don't have to wish others and there you go, you never have to use instagram again.

Some of my friends have screen time of 5+ hrs on it and just imagine the productivity of them once this is achieved.

As always everything comes with a price.
