This has been something I’ve struggled with for a long time. I once thought it was impossible. Let me assure you, it isn’t.

First, establish your main obstacles.

Its likely the desire to go back to bed under the warm covers: avoid this by leaving your room immediately after your alarm goes off to get a cup of water.

It will be likely that you will be hit with a huge wave of tiredness: avoid this by going to sleep early enough to get around 7 hours. All this entails is not watching that YouTube video and instead going to sleep.

Avoid friction with smoothies, planned clothes, open windows.
