We generally talk about having a free will, a will to choose the way we want to be, a will to stay true to our essence or have any strong will regarding something to be pursued or not.
And often we describe it as an 'Iron will', putting forth a meaning that come what may, we are going to stick to what we have earlier decided.
But rather than an iron will, we ought to have a more 'Flexible and Resilient will', which we can change and adapt to endure the maximum benefits from any given task.
