A paradigm is the way you see something; it's your point of view, frame of reference, or belief. Paradigms are like glasses.
Sometimes our paradigms are way off the mark, and as a result, they can create limitations in our life.
For instance: if you believe you're weak in maths, that very belief will make you really weak though you have potentials .

You can usually tell what your paradigm is by asking yourself a few questions like :
Whatever's most important to you will become your paradigm, your glasses, or your lIfe center.
And Principle-Centered life is The Real Thing. Like, honesty is a principle, hard work is a principle. A principle centered life is the most stable , unshakable foundation you can build upon.

If a person does not like your behavior and your answer be like 'that's just the way I am', this is called being proactive. Its not like you can't change yourself right, cause we all know you can. So instead, your answer could be ' I'll try to sort it out '.

There's a story given in the book that tells us that 'nothing can be achieved from revenge'. Its a heart touching story about a kid who wanted to take revenge of his brother's death. But ends up with 'its not important to be the same else there wouldn't be any difference between him and me'.

Dear loves(this post is directed to the teenz) Be the main character of your own life. Go on self dates by spending time doing something u love, gives you happiness and peace for eg.
painting, creating a cool graphic design, learning a new skill on yt or anything really! Don't wait for friends to join you on this cuz unfortunately they wouldn't and in most cases would call you a nerd, stupid, waste of time etc🚩🚩. Start learning basic skills like cooking breakfast, ironing, public speaking, composing emails etc. Stop being a lazy bum by procrastinating like a monkey! U have evolved son!

“The real tragedy is the tragedy of the person who never in their life braces themselves for their one supreme effort- they never stretches to their full capacity, never stands up to their full stature”.

Paradigm is the way you see something, your point of view or your frame of reference.
Basically what you see is what you get so you should keep yourself clean and bright because you are the window through which you see the whole world.
You should never judge others by the rigid opinion of anyone.
See everything in a positive way by doing this you will feel change peace and calm inside yourself.
specially you will have a night of calm sleep
