  • Stage 2 - is gradual weight loss that includes intermittent fasting and a change to the Mediterrenean diet.

To those who would want to adopt this diet, they should be aware that this is profoundly affect their bodies and side effects such as headaches, tiredness, and constipation may occur. It is also recommended that they take vitamin and mineral supplements.
