Minimize the amount of tasks you have in your To-Do list, and give yourself some margin

Reduce 

It comes from the idea that we don’t have to do everything on our own. Some examples of delegation: <ul><li>When you are going to a restaurant, you are delegating the preparation of the food </li><li>When you are going to a doctor, you are delegating your health care</li></ul>

Delegate

Find ways in which you can use tech in your favor, specially in tasks you know will be repeated (e.g., keyboard shortcuts)
