I came across a unique concept of Leadership principles which Amazon applies in every meeting and discussion. Some of the principles are-

Bias towards action, customer first approach etc.(Google them).

 I asked myself how I can use this in my life so I created a list of leardership principles .

 So i developed my own set of leadership principles which serve as my personal constituition in life.

Some are- Always smile, life long learning,remove useless people,listen twice more ,talk less (14 more).Try to incorporate more such ideas in life.
