Just as we define the hours in which we have to be concentrated, such as when at the university they tell us what time we have to see each class, we have to keep a balance and block in our calendar moments of rest or of activities that we enjoy.
Once we do that, we will be much less overwhelmed and we will be able to continue with our habits over time.
